Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is SPTDECISIONS (SASU), 22 Rue de la Division Leclerc, 92140 Clamart, France, the company carrying the WALLH project. For any question about your data, write to contact@wallh.fr.

What we collect and why

When you join the WALLH waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address and first name (required) — to contact you about early access and your first match.

• Whether you want to travel, host, or both, and which event you are interested in (required) — to understand demand and prepare our pilot.

• Your city and profession (optional) — to prepare peer matching.

We collect nothing else. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking on this page.

Legal basis

We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the waitlist form. You may withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until the WALLH platform launches, and in any case no longer than three years after your last contact with us. After that, they are deleted.

Who has access

Your details are accessed only by the WALLH project team. We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers.

Three technical providers process the data on our behalf. Framer B.V. (Netherlands) hosts this website and the waitlist form, and transmits your submission. Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) receives your registration, stores your contact details, and sends you our emails; your data is hosted on servers located in the European Union. OVH SAS (France) provides our wallh.fr mailbox and domain, on servers located in France.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may at any time ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to its use. Write to contact@wallh.fr and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

This notice may be updated as the WALLH project evolves. The version in force is the one published on this page.
